I will probably pass on my credit and never call them again. I checked t-shirt forums before posting here and this seems to be the norm for F&M. One of their call reps even laughed at us when we explained the issues we were having. I'm embarrassed and F&M does not seem to care. My customer has now played 2 games without his jerseys and I don't know what to say to him. When I asked if we are going to get compensated for their errors she offered me a $25 credit for future orders with them but I will have to pay for this one that was messed up FOUR times. She says she will personally make sure they go out today and will get us another tracking number. Call back ask for a manager again, finally get one on the line. So now it is Monday, still no transfers, I call and ask for a manager, I wait about 6 mins on hold and give up. Saturday, no transfers!!! The tracking number they gave us was never even scanned into the UPS system. We call F&M and explain the difficult situation they have put us in and they PROMISE the transfers will go out today, ship them early Saturday delivery, and I will have them the next day no matter what. At this point he is finding it hard to believe that my supplier has messed up 3 days in a row and is starting to question me. They assure us that the transfers will definitely ship out today and we will get them tomorrow.įriday, NO TRANSFERS. My customer has a game on Friday and we MUST have them. Call back and again they apologize for another shipping error. Call back and they apologize for a shipping error and they will make sure they go out today. Their Virginia warehouse is a 1 day ship for us so we are expecting the transfers the next day.
Last week (tuesday) we placed a very simple 1 color transfer order with them around noon, 3 hours before their cutoff for same day shipping. Everything they make is dirt cheap so we have never set the bar very high for them. We have used F&M on and off for a few years now.
